Terms of Service

What Tourcard is
Tourcard is a show calendar tool for touring musicians. You add your upcoming dates and get a public page at tourcard.live/yourname that stays up to date. That's the service.
Your account
One account per email address. You are responsible for the content you publish through Tourcard, including show details, images, and profile information. Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
Acceptable use
When using Tourcard, you agree not to:
- Post illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
- Impersonate another artist or create fake show listings.
- Use the platform for spam, phishing, or any form of abuse.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Interfere with the service's infrastructure or availability.
Your content
You own everything you post on Tourcard — your show data, images, and profile information remain yours. By using the service, you grant Tourcard a limited license to display your content on your public page and within the application. This license exists solely to operate the service and ends when you delete your content or account.
Free and Premium tiers
Tourcard offers both free and premium plans. Free accounts have access to core features. Premium accounts unlock additional capabilities as described on our pricing page. We may adjust what is included in each tier, but will not remove core functionality from active paid subscriptions without notice.
Payments and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe to a premium plan, you authorize recurring billing at the stated interval. You can cancel at any time — your premium access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Service availability
We strive to keep Tourcard available and reliable, but we provide the service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage or SLA. Scheduled maintenance and occasional downtime may occur.
Limitation of liability
Tourcard is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, your data is permanently deleted.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make meaningful changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Tourcard after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Tourcard shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
